Okay, it's been too long since last time, so here I am, ready to update you on my life.

There's not really much to say, to be honest, I finished my exams and I'm finally enjoying my vacation, which consists of sunbathing in my garden, watching movies and TV shows and playing Halo. I've watched four seasons of NCIS and I'm almost done with season 5 of House MD, then I have to re-watch Merlin, since last time I stopped halfway. On the movie side, last night I watched Dragonball Evolution and seriously, if you expect something even remotely similar to the anime, don't watch it. Goku was cute, though, and it's not a bad movie, I've seen worse. And obviously I saw the new Harry Potter. Everybody hated it, I loved it. Every other book was butchered just as much as this, but at least this one was fanfiction-like, with all the teenage drama and the serious drama alternating. And Draco Malfoy... man, when did he get so hot?

Anyway, another amazing thing I saw a couple of weeks ago was Placebo live. It was one of the best concerts of my life and it totally brought my obsession for Brian Molko back. I'm also happy for the new lineup, Steve Forrest is way, way better than Steve Hewitt. Not just for the pretty face, body and tattoos. It's his energy, he's positive and he shines and he's good for the band. And he and Stef are so doing it. Also, they're gonna be back in Italy in November and I'm gonna be there again, I still can't believe I'll see them twice in four months. So yeah, expect me to spam you with pictures. A lot. Like this.

Well, right now I don't have time to say much else, but I'll be back with my opinion on the PATD thing and to tell you that yeah, I'm gonna see Green Day live too.
See you soon, folks, and expect me to be back with new stories. XD

Much brighter post here. Let me start by telling you I'm seeing EF OH BEE in March and this makes me a very happy chica. (For those of you who have no idea what EF OH BEE means, it's Fall Out Boy. LOL What? Blame Jay-Z. *shrugs*)
I'm definitely going by car, because I'm waiting outside, no matter how long it'll take. I don't know who will come see the show, but to be honest, I don't really care, I just want to see them live. I almost went to Wembley Arena, but I'm happy I didn't, because this place is much smaller and it's half an hour away from my house, which means that I'm gonna go there in the morning and I'm gonna see them close enough. *nods*

Talking about something closer, Friday night I'm gonna see this band. They sing in English, but they''re Italian and I really like them, so yeah, I hope they'll be good live. Check them out if you have a minute. :P

Moving to something that is not music-related, I have an awesome plan for New Year's Eve. It involves me and my dog, a bag of nachos, the couch and, at least, twelve episodes of Supernatural. Last year I had a crazy evening with a friend, but since I'm not drinking anymore and my friend will probably be with her boyfriend, I'll enjoy some peace. I mean I'm stuck at 3x05 and we're at, like, 4x10. LOL I've been such a bad fan lately.

Oh, oh, oh! (no, it's not Santa) I discovered the coolest videogame ever. Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, it's freaking kickass and the Malkavians are seriously awesome. They're, like, batshit crazy, completely insane. LOL if you don't know what I'm talking about, you have two choices: a) ignore me and go on reading, or b) open wikipedia and look it up. If you choose b, trust me, you won't regret it. :P

Last thing. I had a weird dream the other night. It involved me and Gabe Saporta having a kid during high school. LOL I mean, we were classmates and I was pregnant and he wanted my to ask for maternity leave. And we were fighting because I was trying to explain to him there isn't maternity leave in high school. LOL I woke up totally 'WTF?' for two reasons: a) well, WTF?, and b) why do I keep dreaming about having kids with bandom boys? LOL I'd rather dream about what comes before pregnacy. *sighs*
(No, I haven't watched Juno yet, but I did watch The secret life of the American teenager before going to bed that night.)

With this I guess I'm done for now.
What else? I'm back in track once again, with lots of painkillers right now. LOL
See you soon, folks.

Ting Tings tonight, finally. I'm off to the train in about an hour, but I'm not really looking forward the fucking freezing air waiting for me outside. LOL Note to self: do NOT forget the gloves this time. Well, at least it's not raining, that's an improvment. XD

The Killers tickets are finally on sale and they're not too expensive, just 30 euros, which are about 38 dollars. So yeah, I think I might go. I want to listen to the new album first, though. I'm still very conflicted about Brandon Flowers, but I guess I have to read more about him to decide if I like him or not. He can't get away so easily with insulting three of my fave bands, but hey, I'm willing to give it a try. LOL

Also, I'm still a little sad that Babyshambles delayed their December show here in Milan, but hey, I can deal. I don't know much about them, and to be honest, I don't really like Pete Doherty, but since going to London, fate has been dragging me towards that guys for some reason, so I guess I have to see the band. From what I've heard of them I might even like the music, after all, and that's the main thing.

Coldplay were here in september and I didn't go. I'm regretting it so much right now. *sighs* I hope they'll come back soon.

And last but not least, Placebo will be back to performing live. And I can't go because of the exams, it's so sad. But I guess it's good they're back, maybe they'll come closer to Italy, next time. *nods* Otherwise, I'll hunt Brian Molko's pretty boy ass and I'll drag him here. XD

Now that I'm done, I'll go get ready.

I just came back from Simple Plan's show and they were fucking amazing. Like, seriously. And David's voice made crack up every time, he's so cute. LOL
Anyway, they were really great and funny and downright awesome. Pierre kept saying random words in Italian, mainly food names, he's such a dork, how can you not love him? LOL They also did a little "jam session" where they put together all those words to form a song for Milan. Well, it was kind of cheesy, but I love them so much for trying. XD AND they covered "I kissed a girl", which was kind of awesome.
Another thing I feel like pointing out is that David is so... how do I say gay without using the word gay? LOL I mean, he's got something so feminine and he keeps swinging his hips and he's so fucking adorable, I luv him. XD Oh! Oh! And I got David's pick. XD It's black with the band name and I think I'm gonna use it to play my guitar now. XD
Then there are the two bands that opened the show. Well, I didn't really like the second one, so I'm just gonna say that they were called Zebrahead. XD The other band, though, was kind of really great. :D First song wasn't too good, but then they got better and better and I think I like them a lot. I knew their name before tonight, but not their songs. I know them and I like them. So if you don't know them, check them out, they're Kids in glass houses. I took a picture with the singer, Aled, and I got his autograph on the ticket. He's been so sweet and so kind, he's cute. :D
Three songs from the end, Pierre moved to the center of the venue, so me and my friend kind of sneaked in the front because we knew he was gonna go back to the main stage. Only, we ended up in the middle. And three songs in the middle kind of killed me, it was a complete mess, but I loved it. LOL My leg is hurting like a bitch and I'm pretty sure I'll have bruises tomorrow, but it's so worth it. I don't usually throw myself in the middle because I have a camera and I tend to be very protective. XD
Okay, now I'm off to... well, something else, not really sure what. LOL

Oh, and all this reminds me that I still haven't done my London post of doom about The Academy Is...'s show. LOL And it's been two months. LOL I'm gonna do it, I promise. I swear, I'll make it soon. *nods*

See you soon! :D
JM

EDIT: I forgot to say that Pedro from Finley was at the show. LOL I didn't see him, but I honestly don't even know what he looks like. XD I just thought Finley fans wanted to know that. Oh, the guitarist was there too, I think. *nods* ... wait, I have Finley fans in my f-list? O_O

Thursday night I'm gonna go see Simple Plan, woohoo. I've wanted to see them for a while and hopefully this time they won't play just the new songs, but some of the old ones too. I mean, the new album is cute, but I like the old ones way more.

Also, if mom lends me the money (damn job, I get paid at the end of the month, not week by week, LOL), I think I'll go see The Ting Tings as well. The show is next Friday (11/21), so I have all the time to think about it. LOL I mean, the ticket is just 17 euros (about 21 dollars), which is surprisingly low for a concert here in Italy, and I'm starting to like the band.

And then... I'm seeing The Killers on 03/17. Seriously, how did this happen? I barely acknowledged their existence until the other week. Anyway, there's still time to figure this out, I just hope the tickets won't be too expensive. I mean, they're playing in one of the most important venues in North Italy, so they could easily ask something crazy like 50 euros (about 64 dollars). In that case, Brandon Flowers can eat my shorts.

Well, I missed all this, missed the shows and the chilly air that I'm sure will be freezing my hands off while I wait out of the venue. I don't think I missed Italian fans, but hey, I can't have everything. I can tell without trouble that English fans are way, way more polite, kind and friendly.

Switching to a completely different topic, but not so much. I've heard that el mi amor (Gabe, who else? LOL) finally gave up and settled for the surgery. I'm a little worried about it, I just hope everything will go well and he won't have permanent damage. I doubt he'll read this, but he has all my appreciation for trying to finish the tour anyway. Still, if he hadn't taken this decision, I would have gotten on a plane to US and I would have dragged him in the first hospital. Dude, stop fucking with your voice, or the Cobra will get mad.

Okay, now I'm off to... well, something else. LOL
See you soon. ;)

I haven't been writing on the journal for like, ages. I'm pretty sure since NYE. And that's quite bad. I still have to post that Bryce Avary picspam I talked about a couple of months ago.

Also, quite a lot of things have happened and quite a few are gonna hopefully happen. Like, I'm hopefully going to the Paris show of Panic At The Disco's european tour, which is ten thousand kinds of awesome. I totally can't decide if I'm more excited for the fact that I'll hear Brendon's amazing voice live, or that I'll see them from just a few feet. I mean, I'm totally in a Jon Walker mood right now, but I'm constantly in a Ryan Ross mood too. And I kind of love Brendon and Spencer too, so.
I should buy the tickets tomorrow, and reserve the plane in the next few days. Well, let's just hope everything goes well.
Only problem is...I totally don't speak French anymore. I just hope they'll speak English. LOL

I really wanna write something more, but it's 2.30 am and tomorrow I start the second semester and I have to wake up. About that, I had my first exam and it went awfully well! *is happy* It was Italian Literature I and I got 27/30!!! *is proud* I'll try and do well with the next exams too.

Random Supernatural stuff before I close the post. Finally the WGA strike is over and they got what they wanted, kinda. Which is totally cool. And it means that:
a) Kripke will stop writing fanfiction and he'll go back to his real job.
b) I can resume watching Supernatural. I have three episodes waiting since December, but I was kind of supporting the strike with a totally personal and useless vow of abstinence.
So YAY for watching like 4 hours of Supernatural tomorrow.

Okay, now I think I'm done...no, wait. Only one thing more...I want John Winchester baaaaaaack

Okay, now I'm really done, for now.
See you soon!

PS: watch out for Panic At The Disco's new "Nine in the afternoon" video on YouTube, on Tuesday. It's like...the awesomest thing ever

Shittiest day in quite a while. Really.

I got up at something like 7.30 to clean the house, then I almost fell while I was washing the windows. My mom wanted everything cleaned before tomorrow and I really don't know how I managed to do that and go out to get some other stuff.

I mean, I love my house, I really love to keep it clean, but it's kinda big, and all in one day is utterly crazy. After I finished I was dead. And then I had to go to the library, to drive my brother-in-law to retrieve his car from God knows where, and to buy the paper to wrap the presents. Well, the paper's quite uselss since I still haven't wrapped the presents and I'll probably wrap them all on Christmas Eve; at least I won't have to go out again next week.

The only positive thing of the day was that I went to my friend's house to give her her ticket for tomorrow's concert and to give her back the money she lent me the other day. I can't wait to be at the concert, I've been dying all week to spend a night out.

Plus, I really really need to study for my first exam, which is in something like three weeks. And really, today I was supposed to study, not to clean. But hey, the day's gone, so let's stop thinking about how I wasted so many hours.

Oh, and did I mention that my wrists hurts again, thanks to today's work? Peachy, just fucking peachy.

But I'm not letting all this stuff ruin this period, for fuck's sake. I'm already listening to sad songs in a way that really isn't good. If I get depressed right now I'll never make it to the second semester.
I need to write. I really really need to write, but I have to study. And I wasted too much time.

So now I'll go try and write something, since I'm too tired to study and really, it's a shitty day already, why would I make it worse?
And no, I don't wanna really talk about it. And no, don't try to make me feel better, 'cause as noble as your attempts are, they would only get me even crankier. I'll feel better as soon as I manage to write something.

There are also good news, luckily. Tomorrow I'm going to the concert of an Italian group called Vanilla Sky. They're cool and I'm really really starting to like their music a lot. And that's kinda weird for me, since I'm not really a fan of Italian music. But they sing mainly in English, that's probably why I like them so much.

What else? Nothing, I guess.
See you soon, hopefully with a better mood.

Again, I'm a bit late with this post, but I had to...you know, get myself back together.

Saturday 11/03 I went to see My Chemical Romance's concert in Milan.

That's right, two concerts in a week. That's partly why right know I'm in something like a billion pieces. My throat had been hurting since Sunday, and it's just going worse. My voice is slowly going to hell and today I woke up with fever. But man, it was so fuckin' worth it.

We were damn close to the stage, and we were standing on the left side, where Frank and Mikey were playing. It makes me squee to think how close we were. LOL
And Gerard was GREAT. I was a little worried after the EMAs performance, 'cause his voice sounded a bit weak, but luckily Saturday he sounded okay. Well, not okay. Oh hell, you know what I mean. XD
It's kind of masochistic and moronic to be asked by Gerard "How are you?" then laugh and yell like crazy when he says "I don't care!". But we love him anyway. LOL

It was a little sad that Bob wasn't there, but it's kind of hard to play drums with a broken wrist, so he's excused. The guy that played was...well, I didn't really pay attention to him. XD
I kind of ignored Ray a bit too, but he was on the other side of the stage, I didn't see him very well.
Frank had his hair on his face for the whole thing, but that's kind of regular and besides, it's impossible not to recognize him the moment he steps on stage. LOL *loves Frankie*
Gerard. Holy shit, the man is HOT. I mean, I kind of knew it, but seeing him there...GUH. I also saw the professional photos taken from under the stage. GUH again.
And finally, Mikey...well, Mikey kind of absorbed all my focus for most part of the show. I'm really starting to get obsessed with the guy, he's even hotter when you see him live. *รง*  And he even managed to look so damn cute.*dies*

Also, the concert was opened by Mindelss Self Indulgence. Which means I finally got to see Lyn-z (Gerard's wife), and she's good. A friend told me a few fans in the audience right under the stage insulted her, and I feel sorry for her. She's a good musician, and she looks nice. Only 'cause she has the luck to shag Gerard Way every time she wants, it doesn't mean she deserves to be insulted. Poor girl.

And after the show I took a picture with nejem (I'm really hating LJ right now 'cause it doesn't let me put the ljuser link *is pissed*) and Little Jimmy Urine. That man is awesome. Srsly. LOL

All in all it's been a hell of a wonderful week, even if I'm half dead right now. I really want to write more, but I think I'm about to collapse, so it's better if I do if I go. (Man, I'm like, crossovering the bands in my head right now. I need to get an aspirin or something.)

--

Before I go I leave you with a couple of updates on the writing stuff.

- Chapter 5 of Hold On To Me should be on its way. Don't give up yet.
- Bandom got me, finally. I'm writing a AU with a few bands in it, like The Academy Is..., Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, My Chemical Romance, and others. I'm writing chapter 8, but I have no idea how long it's gonna take.
- I still have to post the pseudo-smut Gabilliam. Maybe I'll do it one of these days. *nods*

Okay, now I can go for real.
See you soon, if the 'flu doesn't kill me. LOL

I know I'm late with this post, but hey, I needed to recover.

Tuesday 10/30 I went to Tokio Hotel's concert in Milan. And seriously, OMG.

I don't even know where to start, it was all just too awesome, starting from Bill. Poor boy, he was so nervous when he came out on the stage at the beginning of the show. He had a tense smile and kept looking around wide-eyed. It was totally adorable. *loves to no end*

After the first song, he relaxed and started to actually enjoy the whole thing. Then he looked again at the audience and shook his head, unbelieving. And smiled. One of those wide spontaneous smiles I love so much about him. I mean, he was so surprised, so happy they had such a response in Italy. He couldn't believe his own eyes. For the record, it was sold out with something like 12,000 people. Maybe even more.

Second song and Bill started to wander towards Tom's position, making the crowd (me included) go simply wild. LOL They sooo enjoy making fangirls squee. XD

Also, they sang In Die Nacht. And I seriously had tears ready to fall. I mean, I already cry when I hear it from the CD, having Bill and Tom so close, singing it, it just made me melt inside.
There also was a kick during In Die Nacht. LOL It was small and I noticed it mainly 'cause I was keeping an eye on Bill's legs. And seriously, I wasn't really expecting it, but after the Hannover kick I just had to make sure. And I'm glad I did. It was awesome. LOL

But he did even better. During Ich Bin Da (German version of By Your Side) Tom was playing his guitar standing right in front of an amplifier (I think it was an amplifier, I didn't really looked at it). Bill reached him, put a hand on the side of his shoulder and shoved him away. Then he stepped on the amplifier and just went on with the song. LOL
Did I mention that he kept swinging his hips during the whole scene? Hell, he kept swinging his hips during the whole concert! I love this boy. He was born to be on that stage. Srsly.

When they finished they started to throw water on the audience right under the stage, and the drummer, Gustav, kind of enjoyed it a whole fuckin' lot. LOL He stayed on the stage for a while, just having a very good time with water bottles and screaming girls. He's so awesome! *loves Gusti*

The cameramen kind of ignored the bassist, Georg, and that was a little sad. I mean, he's so cute, he deserved more attention. But I also understand that with Bill on the stage it's hard to focus on anything else. *grins*

As for Tom...well, I didn't really see it, but apparently someone in the audience threw him a bra, that landed on his shoulder and made him jump a little while he was playing. LOL
For some reason it doesn't surprise me that Tom got the underwear and Bill got cute stuffed animals. One of said cute stuffed animals actually hit Bill on the side of the head while he was singing on his knees on the front of the stage. LOL

Well, what can I say? It's been simply AWESOME. One of the best nights of my life. I'm so proud to be a fan right now. And I'm wearing the t-shirt I brought. *nods* There's the cover image of Room 483 (here in Italy the CD is called Scream) and on the back says "Tokio Hotel - 30-10-2007 - DatchForum Milano - SOLD OUT". I love this t-shirt to no end. And I loved the concert to no end. Seeing it with my beloved [info]nejem  made it even better.

Also, last night I saw the EMAs, and they won the Best Inter Act Award. *is proud*
Bill couldn't believe it, he was biting on his lip so hard to stop the tears from falling. He couldn't screw up his make up *shakes head*. But he was so cute, and his English was really good, even better than I remembered from the meet&greet videos. (And this is for all the people that kept saying he sings in English without knowing what he's singing. >_> He speaks English, and besides, the lyrics are the same as the German ones >_>)

They also performed. And it was like...GUH.
When they started to play I was a little sad it was Through The Monsoon and not Ich Bin Da, but when the last part of the song arrived...GUH. The had water falling on them and all. They were soaked wet. Bill was so damn fucklable wet fuckalbe wet fuckable wet and fuckable at the end of the song.

Also, he was wearing an awesome jacket. It was so...so...so Bill. LOL I loved it and I seriously hope it didn't get ruined with the water. The pants were awesome too. I loved the way he was dressed, one of my favorite outfits ever. *nods* I didn't see the shoes, though. I'll have to find the red carpet pictures.

Well, for now I'm done, I leave you with one of the cutest pictures of  Bill EVER. It's from Ich Bin Da videoclip. Soon I'll be here with screencaps from the EMAs performance. I'll probably do a picspam with the concert photos and the EMAs captures as soon as I get them. Promise.

See ya, people!
JM
